We had a Partnership agreement where Jo and her team of Job Coaches supported young learners with physical and/or learning disabilities develop their confidence and work-based skills within a work placement with an employer, encouraging the young people to develop their independence skills. The goal of the programme is to secure paid employment for the young person on completion of the course.
In my opinion Jo is an honest, professional, conscientious, and dedicated lady who puts others before herself. She ensures the service her and her team provide is of a high quality and both her and her wider team are reliable, dependable, and very supportive. Jo and her team at ‘Grow & Achieve Together’ work above and beyond to ensure their service runs smoothly and that close links are always in place not only with the FE college but also with other parties including Employers/parents/Carers and Local Authorities.
Jo and her team are always striving to offer their services to others, I am confident they will continue to grow and continue to provide an excellent service within their filed of support.
